This means we’re in control of every ingredient. On the rare occasion we buy a premade blend, we only purchase from trusted suppliers who confirm their products are gluten-free. While we are not third-party certified, our popcorn is carefully made with gluten-free ingredients.

Yes — we ship anywhere in the United States. Whether you’re near or far, fresh kettle corn can come to your door.

Order fulfillment takes 3–4 days, and delivery usually takes another 3–5 business days depending on location. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.

We charge a flat shipping fee of $9.98. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping with the code SHIP50 at checkout.

Each address requires a separate order. This helps us ensure accurate shipping and tracking for each recipient.

Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. However, if there’s ever an issue, we’re happy to replace your order or refund your money. Of course, we always hope you love it — but we will always make it right.

We’re a family-owned business run by Madalina, her husband and their two sons.

We started Black Horse Kettle Corn to teach our children about financial leadership and business management. Through their ownership share, they’ve been exposed to many aspects of the business — from day-to-day operations to attending meetings. We also wanted to create a product we’d be proud to share with our kids: free of food coloring and artificial flavors, simple and clean ingredients, and never overly sweet.
